Description: The Passive Habitat highlights the use of sustainability and environmentally concious materials. The building required LEED certification and to meet the site restrictions of a pre-existing property. We used the opportunity to implement new technologies in the home, while designing to optimize natural energy saving techniques to develop a sustainable residential design.
