May 2022 - current (permanent, full-time)

+ Coordinating with team lead for residential renovations and residential new builds.
+ Interpreting as-built measured sketches to produce CAD documentation.
+ Ensuring construction drawings comply with local building code, municipal by-laws, and zoning requirements. 

+ Producing floor plans, elevations, sections, and/or site plans throughout the Design, Permit, and Construction phases.

   + Organize staff, volunteer, and storage rooms in preparation for the festival.
   + Greet festival delegates, hand out registration name badges and delegate bags, and assist staff with on-site registrations.
   + Monitor admission to ConEd sessions and taking attendance, assisting speaker with A/V.
   + Support RAIC staff and Volunteer Supervisors, place signage and display panels, restocking hand-outs and registration flyers.
   + Shop for last-minute items and provide immediate assistance when required.
